Animal Licensing

Houghton County requires dogs to be licensed. We offer Houghton County Dog Tags at the cost $5. The license is valid from January 1 to December 31

To get a license, come to the Houghton County Sheriffs Office during normal business hours with your dogs vaccination records.

For kennel registration $25.00 per year.
